Found a mistake? This is the most useful email you can send
Prices change, free tiers shrink, exam rules move, and links die. If something on this site is wrong or out of date, I would genuinely rather know than not.
To make it quick to fix, include:
- The exact page URL — copy it from the address bar
- What the page says, and what it should say instead
- A source, if you have one — especially for anything official like an exam rule or a university regulation
You don’t need to be polite about it. A blunt “this formula is wrong, here’s the regulation” is the most valuable message I can receive.
A tool isn’t working
The calculators run entirely in your browser, so problems are usually device-specific. Please include your phone or computer model, your browser, the numbers you entered, and what happened versus what you expected.
All calculations happen on your own device. Nothing you type into a calculator on this site is sent anywhere or stored.
Questions about your own situation
I get asked things like “which branch should I pick” or “is this offer good” fairly often, and I want to be straight about it: I’m a student, not a career counsellor, a chartered accountant or a licensed financial adviser. I can point you at the relevant guide and tell you how I’d think about it, but I can’t advise on your specific circumstances, and you shouldn’t treat anything here as personalised advice. The disclaimer covers this properly.
For anything about a specific tool’s billing, account or refund, contact that company’s own support first — I have no access to your account with them.
Brands and collaborations
To be clear about what I do and don’t accept:
I don’t accept paid placements, sponsored reviews, or paid links. No company has ever paid to appear on this site, and I intend to keep it that way — a “best tools” list stops being useful the moment someone can buy a spot on it. Please don’t send that kind of proposal; the answer is no.
The site earns through display advertising and, on some pages, affiliate links, which are disclosed where they appear. That’s set out in full on the About page.

Privacy and legal
For data or privacy requests, see the privacy policy and email the address above. For copyright matters, the DMCA page sets out the process.
Please don’t email sensitive personal information — marks memos, ID documents, bank details — unless I’ve specifically asked for it. For almost every question, I don’t need it.
