What to do with your predicted rank

  1. Download the previous years’ “Last Ranks” PDF from the official counselling portal and match your estimated rank against closing ranks for your category and local area (AU/SVU region — 85% of seats are local-quota).
  2. Build a 50+ college web-options list before option entry opens: dream colleges on top, realistic targets in the middle, backups at the bottom.
  3. Follow the counselling stages carefully — registration (₹1,200 OC/BC, ₹600 SC/ST), certificate verification, web options, seat allotment, and the mandatory online self-reporting. Our AP EAPCET 2026 counselling guide covers every stage and the mistakes that cost seats.

FAQ

How accurate is this predictor?

It gives a realistic range, not an exact rank. Actual ranks depend on that year’s paper difficulty, the number of candidates (1.7–2 lakh in recent years), and session normalization. Treat it as a planning tool for shortlisting colleges.

Is the rank based only on EAPCET marks?

For recent years including 2026, ranking is primarily based on your EAPCET score (the older 75:25 Intermediate weightage no longer applies to most candidates). Your official rank card is the final authority.

Does my category change my rank?

Your integrated rank is common, but seat allotment uses category-reserved seats — so BC/SC/ST candidates get better colleges at the same rank than the general table suggests.

What about TG EAPCET (Telangana)?

Telangana’s exam and counselling are separate (TGCHE). The marks-to-rank pattern is broadly similar, but use Telangana-specific last-rank data for web options.

This tool is a planning aid, not an official result. Verify everything against your rank card and the official APSCHE counselling portal. Do not enter personal data — marks are enough.
